I see this honor as a win for oncology as a whole. As an oncology-focused agency, Navicor is living proof that high science can be smart, creative, and fun. It’s gratifying to win for the second time in the 4 years I’ve been here.
Working in the highly regulated oncology industry is far more challenging than promoting mainstream pharmaceuticals. A lot of people ask me what I do at Navicor. I tell them that I work on drugs that they probably have never heard of before. If they’re lucky, they may never have to know about these drugs in their lifetimes.
As a medical director, I inspire the creative team to be spot-on from both an emotive and a scientific standpoint. I also work closely with our clients to produce award-winning work as true strategic partners. This lets us shine with all that we have to offer over the gamut of pharma advertising.
I’m most proud of working for an agency that makes a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer. It’s so much more inspiring than when I worked for a general pharma agency on other diseases. At Navicor, I know that every brand is going to be meaningful and important.
